We won't just talk about it; we'll explore deep into the roots of unhealthy relationship patterns by accessing the subconscious mind.

Why does this matter? Your subconscious mind holds deep-seated beliefs, patterns, and habits that shape your actions and behaviors, often without you even realizing it. Simply trying to change these patterns through conscious effort isn't always effective.

How many times have you tried to break a habit, only to find yourself slipping back into it a few days later?

True change requires addressing and reshaping these subconscious patterns using methods that speak directly to the subconscious mind.

In this webinar, you’ll discover powerful tools and techniques designed to work with the subconscious mind. We’ll explore methods like Parts Work, Visualizations, Shamanic Rituals, Art Therapy, Breathing Techniques, EFT or tapping, movement, and Neurographics.

Are you ready to break free from unavailable partners, confusing situations, and the

rollercoaster of codependency?

If your relationships aren't bringing you joy, it might be time to shift your focus inward. But real change starts with tapping into the power of your subconscious mind.

In this free webinar, we will explore in depth the nature of our beliefs and the root causes of unhealthy relationships, starting with the one with ourselves.

Why do we need to love ourselves first, before loving someone else?

When you love yourself, you no longer seek others as a mirror to validate your beauty and worth. Your value is no longer tied to external opinions or dependent on someone else's love to feel lovable.

When you truly love yourself, you become your own best friend—always looking after your well-being. You accept that you’re not perfect and acknowledge your scars, sensitivities, habits, emotional ties, strengths, and resilience. In essence, practicing self-love means building a mindful, kind, respectful, and compassionate relationship with yourself. This foundation helps you form connections with others that aren’t rooted in the need for approval, because you already know your worth and expect to be treated with the same care you give yourself.

Why Is It So Hard to Truly Love Ourselves?

Because from the moment we are born, we are shaped by childhood experiences, trauma, heartbreak, and societal conditioning. For generations, we've been taught who we should be to feel accepted and loved. We've followed the rules, tried to be "good enough," and repeated these patterns so often that they became second nature—automatic habits buried deep within us.

But here’s the challenge: These deeply ingrained beliefs don’t live in our conscious mind. They reside in the subconscious, where we don’t directly access them. It’s like trying to unlock a door when we can’t even see the keyhole—no matter how many times we try, we keep hitting a wall.

When you love yourself...

In this webinar, you will experience and learn:

 1. What Is Self-Love?

Who Are You Beneath the Mask?
We all wear a mask — the version of ourselves we show the world, the one we want others to see. But often, that mask is also a form of protection, a way to keep ourselves safe. Have you ever noticed the difference between how others see you and how you see yourself?

Our First Exercise: Working with Your Mask.

Before the webinar, you’ll receive simple instructions by email on how to create your own mask. This powerful activity could be your first breakthrough — a chance to explore the face you show the world versus the true you underneath.

 Dive into Your Core Beliefs
We’ll take a closer look at your beliefs about love and self-worth. Does your idea of self-love match the way you treat yourself? Together, we’ll start closing the gap between understanding self-love and truly living it.

2.  Radical Acceptance

Acceptance lays the foundation for self-love, and when practiced with awareness and consistency, it holds the power to heal us.

The Mirror Work

In this exercise, we are going to use a mirror. It may feel a little challenging for some people, but believe me, this is a powerful exercise and a revealing experience when it is done with care and patience. I will guide you through this process, step by step, respecting everyone’s feelings and emotions. The goal is learning to accept ourselves just as we are, without trying to change anything.

Benefits of Radical Acceptance

My own experience

It took me a long time to embrace and love a part of myself that I used to struggle with: my wandering mind. I remember a professor once telling me I was intelligent but scattered. That's probably why I found it challenging to stay focused on one thing or complete projects. But once I accepted this trait as a part of who I am, I started seeing the positives in it. Instead of fighting it or feeling ashamed, I began to appreciate how it actually benefited me.

When we stop trying to change something and simply accept it as it is, something truly remarkable happens. In that moment, transformation takes place, and the parts of ourselves we once denied become a gift.

3. Uncovering your Relationship Patterns

Explore the recurring themes in your relationships—unavailability, unrequited love, or feelings of betrayal. By understanding how early experiences shape these patterns, you’ll gain the awareness needed to change them.

Letting Go & Embracing the Love You Deserve

In this experience, you’ll uncover the recurring patterns in your relationships and the emotional space you often find yourself in. For example, you might realize that you frequently become emotionally attached to people who make you feel insecure, leaving you constantly questioning whether your partner truly loves you or if they might abandon you. Even though this fear feels painful and unhealthy, you find it difficult to walk away — it’s a familiar space, one you’ve returned to time and time again.

Through guided visualization, you’ll journey back to the very first time you felt this way, likely many years ago. Together, we’ll explore that moment and understand how you coped with the emotional distress you experienced back then, shaping the beliefs and responses you still carry today.

By discovering the root of this repeated pattern, you’ll recognize that it’s an automatic response from your subconscious mind, created in childhood. Gaining this awareness will empower you to release it, making space for healthier, more fulfilling relationships in your life.

To support this transformation, we’ll engage in a powerful shamanic ritual to let go of the pattern and the old belief that has kept it alive for so long. We’ll do this together — and for the ritual, you’ll need a candle and a bamboo stick.

This is your moment. A conscious decision to love yourself the way you’ve always wanted to be loved. Walk away from this webinar feeling seen, valued, and deeply connected to your true self. Are you ready to shift your love story? Join us for this life-changing experience and take the first step toward true self-love.
